Aaron Drogoszewski, N.A.S.M

National Academy of Sports Medicine Faculty Instructor: NASM CPT, CES, PES, MMACS, A.P.I Instructor

Aaron began his career in fitness as a personal trainer in 1997. Beginning his competitive Okinawan Goju Ryu karate career at 11, followed by Muay Thai at 19, competitive amateur boxing at 25, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2009; Much of Aaron’s training style has been influenced by martial arts. Whether training an individual for competition, breaking up the monotony of the average gym-goer’s experience with dynamic pad work, or implementing the integrated training, and corrective exercise techniques used for his own career, Aaron brings a lifetime of passion and experience to every person he works with.

This passion has presented Aaron with several opportunities outside the gym walls. Teaming up with Everlast worldwide, Aaron has had the opportunity to develop, and implement programming for a diverse crowd. Aaron has traveled to several cities around the country to present MMACS style programming for the Pro Camps organization catering to youth athletes with celebrity focal points such as; Reggie Bush, Arian Foster, Carmelo Anthony, and Justin Tuck.

Through Aaron’s extensive experience with competition, and involvement in the world of fitness, he has learned that there is always room to grow, and learn. His passion for training and teaching greatly and accurately reflects this.
